Online filing, review, processing, evaluation, prefiling, review

1. Enter information into our online Intake. When you've
completed the Intake submit it online.

We review for completeness and ask for proper completion if needed.
2a.
Obtain and hold on to the following items for your Trustee
meeting (341)
1) 2
years tax returns;
2) 6
weeks pay stubs, if applicable;
3) Credit
report – because some people forget with
whom they have accounts

We process your informationto develop a petition the federal
court will accept. We send you a completed petition.
4. You take a required credit counseling class under the new laws.

We review petition and contact with you to review for completeness
